Covid 19 if exposed here is my recommendations

The immune system is key to prevent as well as control the Covid 19 infection:
This post is for simple instructions on what to stay healthy and to prevent serious infections;

  • Vitamin D in several studies was shown to block viruses from binding to cell receptors as well reduce the the IL6  factor that promotes severe infection. I recommend 5000 iu once a day in most patients and if sick twice a day 
  • Zinc 20 to 50 mg  is another inhibitor for viral binding oral or IV if sick 
  • Selenium 100 mcg once a day and also available in foods ( see my youtube post). 
  • Quercetin and polyphenols known as flavonoids in my antioxidant pills that I use for anti-aging at least 500 mg per day divided dosage also may be in IV 
  • 150 mg extract of green tea, 25 mg extract of liquorice also are in a patent antiviral 
  • Glutathione IV push activated form compounded for anti-oxidant and antiviral treatments 
  • Most promising: Treatment With Human Umbilical Cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Severe Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) ClinialTrials.gov
  • Other recommendations: Vitamin C, symptomatic for fever reduction, aches and hydration is key( warm drinks not cold)
